Based on your feedback above, what model would you imagine for an international body/network/connection?

The Federation currently consists of a Board made up of representatives from Affiliates, supported by four part-time staff members and funded from licence fees paid by Foundations trainers. If we were starting over, what would an international body, network or connection look like? We’ve made some suggestions here to get you going.
